Our first remodel

This was my first home back in 2010. Unfortunately, I wasn’t anticipating where I’d be today with a service business, so there are no before photos. Mistakes were made, but lessons were learned, and the selling profit turned out great. We renovated the downstairs bathroom with tiled floors, wainscoting, a new vanity, and a tiled shower with a glass door. Upstairs, we removed walls, added a kitchen island with cabinets, installed new tile flooring in the kitchen, replaced the stair banister, and updated the floors. Also, we transformed the large backyard into a functional space with a concrete patio, retaining wall, fresh new grass (whew), and a sprinkler system.
