Josh and Family Handyman LLC is a licensed residential contractor, allowing us to obtain permits, coordinate inspections, and perform code-compliant residential improvements when required. This ensures your project is completed safely, legally, and to current building standards.

🚪 Door Services
Storm Door Installation – $200
Includes install, adjustments, and removal of existing door.
Interior Door Replacement (Pre-Hung) – $240
Includes removal, leveling, shimming, and hardware installation.
Door Handle / Deadbolt Replacement – $125
Per door. Includes alignment and testing.
💡 Electrical Fixture Installation (No in-wall wiring)
Light Fixture Replacement (Per Fixture):
Basic – $110
Standard flush mount, dome light, hallway light.
Standard – $125
Vanity lights, multi-bulb fixtures, semi-flush fixtures.
Premium – $145
Chandeliers, heavy fixtures, complex mounting.
Ceiling Fan Installation – $185 (Up to 10–12 ft)
Includes removal of old fixture, wiring to existing box, balancing, and testing.
No new wiring or ceiling restructuring.
Bathroom Exhaust Fan Replacement – $185
Replacement of existing fan using existing opening, wiring, and duct connection.
No new ductwork or new wiring.

Faucet Replacement – $160
Per faucet. Includes removal, install, supply line connection, and leak check.
Toilet Replacement – $250 standard install and disposal
$325 install, delivery and disposal
Includes wax ring, bolts, leveling, and testing.
Garbage Disposal Replacement – $200 standard install and disposal
$275 standard install, disposal and delivery
Remove & replace existing disposal, alignment, leak test.
🧱 Drywall & Wall Repair
Drywall Patch (Up to 6”) – $135
Cut, patch, backing, tape, and first coat of mud.

📺 Mounting & Home Installations
TV Mount Installation (Up to 65”) – $165
Stud-mounting, leveling, safety check.
No in-wall wire concealment.
Grab Bar Installation – $135
Installed into studs or secure anchors. Safety tested.
Shower Head Replacement – $65

Picture / Art Hanging – Starting at $65
Price based on quantity and complexity.
Furniture Assembly – Billed Hourly

Includes loading, transport, trailer use, unloading, and dump fees.
Contractor Bag Disposal

We don't just fix things- we solve problems. The services listed above are our everyday task, but we often handle a full list of projects in one visit. From light fixtures and faucets to fence post, garage door openers, and gutter cleaning for example - the more you bundle, the more value you get.
